Delete your Yaffet account

How to request deletion

1. Open the Yaffet app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, select Account, and choose “Delete account.”
3. Review the information and confirm your request. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect the account.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@yaffet.com from the email address associated with your account and use “Delete my Yaffet account” as the subject. Do not send your password or payment information.

Data that is deleted

• Your account profile and associated contact details.
• App preferences, registered devices, and notification tokens.
• Savings, alerts, and personal content associated with the account.

Data we may retain

We may retain the minimum security records or records required to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. This data is isolated from normal use and deleted when the required legal or operational retention period ends. Encrypted copies may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten.

Processing time

We begin processing after verifying the request and delete the active account and associated data within 30 days. Once deletion is complete, you cannot access or restore the account.
