Delete your Yaffet account

How to ask for deletion

1. Open Yaffet app and log in to the account wey you want delete.
2. Open Settings, choose Account, then choose “Delete account.”
3. Check the information and confirm your request. We fit ask you to verify your identity to protect the account.

You no fit open the app?

Send email to privacy@yaffet.com from the email address wey join your account, and use “Delete my Yaffet account” as subject. No send your password or payment information.

Data wey we go delete

• Your account profile and contact details wey join am.
• App choices, registered devices, and notification tokens.
• Savings, alerts, and personal content wey join the account.

Data wey we fit keep

We fit keep the smallest security records wey law require to prevent fraud or settle dispute. We keep this data separate and delete am when the required period finish. Encrypted copies fit remain for backup up to 90 days before new data replace dem.

How long e go take

We start after we verify the request, and we delete the active account and the data wey join am within 30 days. When deletion complete, you no fit open or restore the account.
